I don't think process and tooling is really the problem. The disfunctional nature of many companies is mainly caused by misaligned incentives and poor leadership, not due to too many tools and disjointed project management.
Unfortunately, while I think the tool looks great, it won't fix the problem for organisations that have it.

I think you need to highlight what value you are bringing to the table that the PMs in my life can't build exactly how they want, or that an open-source version wouldn't be better suited to.
